![]() ![]() Currently 2 temp agency’s that only have to average a minimum of 50% to continue working in said building while all foodlion employees have to average a 90% to 100% to continue to work for the company if your % often drops below a 90% you risk getting demoted to a lower paying position. Multiple broken open cases that usually sit for days without being repacked or taped or even looked at usually end up on the floor getting ran over by equipment or stepped on my employees often just getting throw to the back of the slot so know one has to deal with said broken cases. Food, used candy wrappers, empty soda and energy drinks, card board, sticks, nails all threw the aisles you work in. ![]() Multiple accidents the go unreported a night multiple OSHA Violations, water drenched floors that cause ice like effects such as sliding, stopping and turning difficulties with equipment.
